  • In most instances, we include ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

    *Bulky items may attract an additional flat rate for shipping, this will be detailed in the quote.

    Tracking details are provided for all of our orders. If your tracking is not updating, please contact us and we will assist you by checking with the carrier.

    Please note that once your order is processed, picked and packed, a shipping label will be generated but pickup may occur the following business day (resulting in a delay in tracking update).

  • We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you are not happy, please contact us so that we can do everything possible to make it right.

    Upon approval, shipping on these kinds of returns will be covered by Star LED.

  • If you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please take photos, make a note with the delivery driver and contact us within 24hrs on info@starled.green or 423 460 4050 so that we can assist you with a carrier claim/replacement.
